I'm a leadership coach and group facilitator specializing in helping people to have meaningful lives and thriving careers.I started coaching and leading workshops in 2016 after noticing a gap in career resources. Later I expanded to major life transitions such as becoming an expat.Changes are part of life, we change careers, priorities, and even countries or cultures. I'm Estefania Barsante, a career coach and group facilitator passionate about helping people create meaningful lives and thriving careers. With over twelve years of experience in coaching, leadership, and career development, I've had the pleasure of working with founders, leaders, and individual contributors across various industries and countries.I hold an MBA, a B.S. in Psychology and Counseling, and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification from ICF - International Coaching Federation. Currently based in the San Francisco bay area, I'm excited to work at the heart of the silicon valley, a melting pot of different cultures.My experience moving from Brazil to the US have made me empathetic, adaptable, and resourceful.
